Air Boss Coffee was born out of my experiences flying attack helicopters in Vietnam in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
Every tactical operation in that war had an “air boss” to direct air support for the ground forces, which was my primary role. The video shows the Army AH-1G Cobra in action in Vietnam.
About Air Boss
Established in 2005, we are a custom roaster specializing in quality coffee from most of the best coffee-growing regions of the world. We purchase our green coffee through an importer associated with Volcafe Way, an international coffee trader who works with small growers worldwide to improve the quality of their growing and producing processes. This ensures we are getting only top-quality green coffee.
Our commitment is to provide reasonably priced, custom roasted coffee based on received orders. We normally roast every Thursday to fill these orders and then get them to each customer within 48 hours of roasting. Our roaster is an Artisan Xe Fluid Bed Roaster, which uses a convection air process, producing the cleanest roasted coffee you can buy anywhere.
Coffee from almost every coffee-growing country in the world is roasted to your exact specifications. In addition to specific coffees, we have several signature blends that have been perfected over years and are very popular with Air Boss lovers everywhere!
